Rules

Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.

• Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleaning process are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.


Smoking, Parties, and Noise

• Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, even in common areas such as hallways.

• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, with windows and doors kept closed.

• Violations of the smoking ban incur a fee of €250 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repair.


Photography/Videography and Illegal Activities

• Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.


Number of Guests

• Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.


Pets

• Pets are allowed with prior notification. An additional fee of 10 € per night is applicable for each pet.

• We kindly ask you not to allow your pet on the bed or sofa to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests. Please bring a suitable blanket or pillow for your pet to have its own sleeping space. This helps your pet feel comfortable while protecting the furniture.

• Violations of our pet policies may result in a separate cleaning fee. We appreciate your consideration in advance.


Responsibility for Keys and Equipment

• Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.


Surveillance

• Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive volumes. Video surveillance may be present in public areas.


Damages

• Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.


Adherence to House Rules

• Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests failing to adhere to the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
