Check-In and Check-Out Times
• Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.
• Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleaning process are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
Cleanliness & Order
• Do not leave your shoes in the hallway; place them on the shoe rack inside the apartment.
• Leave the apartment as you found it. Return any used furniture or items to their original place.
Smoking, Parties, and Noise
• Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, even in common areas such as hallways.
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, with windows and doors kept closed.
• Violations of the smoking ban incur a fee of €250 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repair.
Photography/Videography and Illegal Activities
• Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Number of Guests
• Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
Pets
• The bringing of (domestic) animals into apartments and communal areas is not permitted unless explicitly allowed and designated by MATT – Apartments. General exceptions are guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs, and other comparable service dogs. These may be brought free of charge at any time upon proof. The relevant documentation must be presented to MATT – Apartments independently prior to check-in.
• If pets are permitted by MATT – Apartments, they must be registered with MATT – Apartments in advance. An additional fee of €10 per night will be charged for accommodating pets. If a pet is found in a unit without approval, a flat-rate special cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged by MATT – Apartments.
• We kindly ask that you do not allow your pet on the bed or sofa. This is to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests. Please bring a suitable blanket or cushion for your pet so it has its own sleeping space. This helps your pet feel comfortable while also protecting the furniture.
Responsibility for Keys and Equipment
• Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
Surveillance
• Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive volumes. Video surveillance may be present in public areas.
Damages
• Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.
Waste disposal
• We care deeply about protecting our environment, and we would like to invite you to make a small contribution as well. Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the designated bins at the end of your stay. A description of the location of the bins is available in the accommodation.
Adherence to House Rules
• Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests failing to adhere to the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
